Problem displaying special characters

Hieroglyphics and our web server: Ever since the Egyptians began to use writing to communicate, it has been necessary to translate written characters from one language system to another.
Update: As far as blog texts are concerned, we have resolved 99% of the problems in displaying accented characters and special punctuation marks. In the comments and blog descriptions and titles there are still some problems. These will also be resolved; we are conducting the final tests and very soon, we hope, this will all be behind us.
