Global Voices Online

I heard a fascinating radio show (in English) online this evening, on the April 4th edition of The World. (I'll post the links in a list at the end of this post.) Mo'time is an international community, yet we are largely divided by language.

The piece featured an initiative by a group called Global Voices who are working to bridge the language divide. Here is how they describe themselves:

Global Voices is an international effort to diversify the conversation taking place online by involving speakers from around the world, and developing tools, institutions and relationships to help make these voices heard.
